The 1st Alarm was struck at 22:34 hours for a Commercial Building Fire in the area of Church Hollow Road and Elkhorn Road in Forward Twp. 154 units were dispatched along with 139, 155, 142, 184 and Westmoreland 105.

At 18:19, the first alarm was struck sending 154 Engine and Attack to assist WM31 (Webster) with a possible building fire. Onscene crews updated this to a working fire after seeing a column of smoke while responding.

At 13:35, 154 units were alerted for a residential fire with possible entrapment in Carroll Township. 154 Engine and Rescue responded shortly after dispatch and assisted with searches and overhaul. 154 units remained on scene for approximately 3 hours before returning.

Crews from Rostraver Central Fire Department were alerted for a possible aircraft crash at the Rostraver Airport around 19:00 hours. Upon arrival at the airport they notified Allegheny County 911 that the crash was going to be in Forward Township, a 1/2 mile North of the airport.
